I love working with teens 15+ and young adults who struggle with depression, anxiety or other mental health struggles. I have several years of experience working with teens and young adults who struggle with a wide variety of diagnoses. I will help you find the coping skills you need and be a supportive, patient presence as you work through your concerns.
I value trust and acceptance. I enjoy working with people from all walks of life and want to be ally in to those seeking therapy. I am from a small town in Texas and have experienced lack of access and acceptance for mental health. My goal is to ease that burden for others.
